I have concluded that at every school, bullying is indeed a problem, and when spotted it is best to be quiet or else you too will become a victim. Most people notice it but be quiet

Remember this quote? I think it can also apply to school bullying. When You ignore the bullying your not stopping the issue or helping it, your just letting it spread. To cure an infection, a disease, you have to get directly at the source, students, in this case, school. You have to take action !
