Friends are sometimes painful

Friends are always there for you through thick and thin. No matter where you go your friends are right behind you. Some friends are even considered family. Some of the funniest moments of your life are with your friends. Some of the funniest moments with your friends are the most painful.

I would have never thought one of the moments I will write about is the scariest. It all started when the "buddy group", consisting of Jordan, Molly, and I, got together to hangout. It was a normal weekend. The trio of us went running around the neighborhood, screaming at the top of our lungs, screaming at the top of everything. Hang out time for us consisted of good food, lots of laughs, and playing wii till we burn our eyes out. On this particular day we were hanging out in Jordan's room. Jordan is a very fashionable person. If we walk to the park she will out on her fur jacket, some newly bought ugs, and fourteen carrot hoop earrings. That is just an underestimate. We were about to go downstairs to play a game of super mario bros on her wii when she decided to change. Molly and I groaned and giggled. Now let me mention also that Jordan is a very violent person; I think in her past life she was a barbarian, or possibly Jack the Ripper. Jordan, hearing the rambunctious noises coming from our mouths, lashed out. Jordan is not at all a mean person, just crazy. She laughed out a, "HEY!," and threw the nearest object to her right hand right at us. That object was a bare minerals loose foundation powder. It landed not near us, but smack dab between Molly's temple and eye. In that instant we all looked at each other. Then Molly's eye started watering.Seconds later all of our eyes were watering from laughter. It might seem strange we were not concerned for molly, asking of she was okay, but laughing on the floor. We were caring, that situation just got to us. What were the odds of her getting hit there?

After we were done laughing and getting an ice pack for Molly's bruised temple, we went back to reality. We went back to play the wii. That day I learned that sometimes, the best, and funniest moments come from tears of pain, laughter, and happiness.

Does a monkey make a family photo funny ? THE TEST

This photo is years old. It is simply .... before the edit my brothers and dad with my new cousin form Ethiopia.
Now. It may be the amateur Photoshop skills that make this photo unfunny to you. But I think it is funny because the monkeys face is priceless. It looks like he's just another member of the family

Enjoy!

an explanation for the humorous cartoon

Sorry for the previous post being so BIG. ( My image inserting was not working )
Continuing on....
Background-
The cartoon is by Gary Larson, From his comic series called The Far Side
I have been acquainted with this cartoonist for many years. My family are huge fans of his work.
Meaning-
I find this cartoon particularly funny because we can all relate to it. From this point of view we can truly understand the cartoonists laugh factor.
Main points of being funny
- You think " Deja vu ! I have had that happen to me before at the dentist."
- When you recall that memory the comic resembles your thought at that time, " Can this dentist just stop shoving all of these pointless items in my mouth? Does he not understand my mouth has a elasticity limit? Is he out to get me?"
- When you come back from your reminiscence of the past it really does make those thoughts you and the cartoonist share seem both realistic and ridiculous.

Enjoy the laughs (:
